However, due to the nature of our products, the following conditions apply under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations: 14-Day Right to Cancel: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us of your intent to return an item. Hygiene & Safety: For health and hygiene reasons, scents (Men's, Women's, and Unisex) can only be returned if the original protective seal or cellophane wrapping is completely intact and the product is unused. Raw Materials: Raw materials must be returned in their original, unopened, airtight containers. We cannot accept returns on materials where the safety seal has been broken. Faulty Items: If an item arrives damaged or is faulty, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service.
